Return & Exchange Policy – OUD MEHAL

You may request a refund or exchange if:

• The item is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective stickers attached.
• The size received does not match the one you ordered.

How to Request a Return:

• Call us at 0334-7773121 or WhatsApp us (WhatsApp replies may take time).
• Timings: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Once approved by our support team, send the item to address provided by our agent
• Please Note: If the item was delivered correctly but you want to return it due to personal preference or a mistaken order,- Returns are accepted within 7 working days only.
• You can also exchange or refund items at any of our outlets.
