At oudmehal.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. We understand that sometimes a scent may not be exactly what you were expecting. Here’s our return policy to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience:

What can be returned?

• You can return undamaged 50ML perfume bottles within 7 days of delivery.
• The perfume must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
• Original packaging, including the box and bottle, must be in undamaged condition.

What cannot be returned?

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for testers or perfumes purchased on sale due to hygiene concerns and limited availability.
• Once a fragrance is shipped, we cannot guarantee it hasn’t been used or tampered with, preventing its resale.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please get in touch with our customer service team via WhatsApp at +923347773121. Our team will be happy to assist you and guide you through the process.
2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your peace of mind.
3. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
4. Refund: If the return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the fragrance, minus the original shipping cost, within 4-5 business days.

Additional Points:

• We recommend including a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt with your return shipment for faster processing.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product does not meet the return criteria or if it appears to have been used or tampered with.
